If I order something, how long does it take for the order to be processed?


Ryan’s Diesel Service processes most orders the same day if the item is an in-stock part. Custom fabricated parts, powder coated parts and other in-house products may require 2-3 days to process.


Once the order is processed, how long before it ships?


Once an order is processed, it will usually ship the same day.


How late can I place an order I want shipped the same day?


Any orders placed before 4pm will typically ship the same day if it is an in-stock part. Fabricated, powder coated, or custom parts may take 2-3 days.  


If I select Next Day shipping on a Friday, when will my order arrive?


All Next Day shipments will be received on the next business day. Friday orders will be received on Monday. If you need the order on a Saturday, please call us at 262-844-9990 to set up Next Day Saturday shipping.



Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO CUSTOM BUILT TURBO'S. TURBO'S DO NOT OFFER A REFUND UNLESS THEY ARE DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL. Electronic devices program to customers vehicle identification number (VIN) such as ECM and TCM are NOT returnable. 

You should expect to receive your refund within two-four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

What shipping options are available?


Ryan’s Diesel Service ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Ryan’s Diesel Service ships merchandise to Canada, Mexico, and a few more countries, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this web site pass on to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.


APO/FPO Shipping (Military Address) Ryan’s Diesel Service cannot ship product directly to APO or FPO addresses because we exclusively use UPS/Fed Ex/USPS for shipments and they do not allow shipments to these addresses. As an option, you may want to consider shipping to a stateside street address and then sending the package to the APO/FPO address overseas via the US Postal Service.




International Orders


Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Canadian customers are responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. Contact your local customs office for details.


Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Ryan’s Diesel Service is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.


Core Returns


Core Returns must be received within 45 days after order has been shipped. Cores that are returned within the 45 days and pass quality core inspection will be issued a full core refund. Cores returned after 45 days will only receive half of the original core charge unless prior arrangements have been made with Ryan’s Diesel Service. Cores that are damaged or non useable will not receive a core refund or will only receive what the value of the damaged core is worth after repair of damaged components. Ryan’s Diesel Service reserves the right to reject issuing a core refund if the core return guidelines are not met.
