We are looking for a diesel mechanic to join our team! You will be responsible for accurately diagnosing and repairing various vehicles such as GM Duramax Diesels, Ford Powerstrokes, Dodge Cummins applications. Medium and Heavy duty knowledge such as F650-F750 trucks, Freightliner and International trucks a plus as well as DOT inspection knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Repair trucks, and other motor vehicles/trailers
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance
• Use diagnostic tools to test vehicle components
• Perform quality inspections prior to returning the vehicle to the customer
• Major engine over haul, such as head gaskets, injectors, injection pumps, turbos

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a diesel mechanic (2yr minimum).
• Knowledge of shop equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Must have own tools. Shop will provide scan tools/specialty tools

• 40 per hour week minimum, some overtime depending on the weekly workload
