The RDS 11-16 LML Duramax Diesel reman 64mm is a stock appearing drop in turbo. This turbo is great for a truck with very little upgrades.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What comes in the turbo install kit?
A: All gaskets needed to physically install the turbo to the engine. They include: both up-pipe gaskets – both at the exhaust manifold and exhaust housing, both drain gaskets, oil feed banjo, both coolant banjo’s.
Q: Do I need a new vane position sensor?
A: If you current sensor is not acting up, there’s generally no need to replace it. This can be easily swapped out later.
Q: My turbo is exploded. Will I still get my core money back?
A: Generally no. Core must be rebuildable. Anything exploded or lock tight you’ll generally get very little money back. Our suggestion would be look into purchase a new unit to avoid the core charge.
Q: I live outside the lower 48 and can not return the core due to cost, will you allow this?
A: This is fine, we just ask please tell as ahead of time.
Q: Does your pre-printed label apply to other countries?
A: No. It will only apply to the lower 48. If you are not in the lower 48 we will not include a return label if selected. You will be refunded when your core is returned.
Q: Do I have to purchase a UPS return label from you?
A: No, however most times we can save you money using our discount versus going into the store.
Q: Can I ship in my turbo ahead of time?
A: Not anymore. Too many units were shipped in and damaged in the process of coming to us resulting in lost cores.
Q: Do you offer powder coating?
A: No, due to the many variations in colors, however if you leave a note at check out that you are planning on having it done we will not glue the cover on. The sealant needed to be put on cover is GM #10-2010. This can be purchased at any GM dealer.

This is my first diesel and i am very particular about what goes in and what products go on my truck. Ryan answered my questions and actually took the time to explain the benefits of the 64mm. The unit is amazing. The compressor wheel even has his company name on it. I feel that great workmanship and detail have gone into this unit. The unit was packaged nicely and securely and came in a timely fashion.
