This turbo has a great whistle just like their 64mm my buddy has. My tuner wasnt around for a retune for anything bigger so this was my best choice for some more noise and a better unit than stock. Thanks rds!

I bought this LML Pro Stock Turbo for my 2011 2500HD. The truck is stock except for a 3″ MBRP downpipe, 4″ MBRP exhaust with muffler, and a mild tow tune. Installed it over Christmas ’23 to replace the stock Garrett turbo which had a locked up unison ring. Installation is a crummy job to do on the LML with the body on, but take your time and it’s doable for the average wrencher in a garage without a lift. I’ve been driving the truck for a couple months now and couldn’t be happier with the turbo. I went with RDS due to the bearing upgrades and wanted a little more whistle than stock. I went with the 10 blade because because I didn’t want something “teenager obnoxious”. I’m a guy in his 40’s and think it sounds just right. Nice whistle and a slight bump in power. I talked to “Beard” at RDS before purchasing and he helped choose the right unit for my application. Shipping was fast and the turbo was very well packaged. Overall great experience dealing with RDS. Would definitely purchase again.
